Due to the customization of our products, we do NOT allow returns unless:
If your product falls into the above category, we will absolutely make another one to fix the mistake(s)!
If you ordered non personalized apparel, meaning you did NOT add a name, we will allow you to return the product back to us for a full refund (minus shipping costs) or remake.
Products that have been damaged by user or dog will not be eligible for return or refund.
Returns cannot be accepted on eligible items sent back more than 30 days after the item is received by customer.
Eligible Refunds will be processed after we receive the product in question.
There are no refunds given for "Free Toy" promotion for any reason.
